75th Anniversary
2004 marks the airport's 75th anniversary of the first licensed municipal airport in Michigan situated on 383 acres near Portage and Kilgore Roads. The airport was originally named Indian Fields and renamed Lindbergh Field in honor of famous aviator, Charles Lindbergh. We are also celebrating 20 years of county ownership.
